Kieron is an experienced Contracts Manager who has over 25 years of experience in managing contracts within the wastewater industry. He excels in managing large, complex contracts throughout the UK and is proactive in flagging and developing solutions for process inefficiencies. Kieron has a comprehensive knowledge of project and programme management techniques.

Throughout his career he has managed multiple contracts for all the UK Water Companies and was responsible for the delivery of the world’s largest flow survey, spanning over 8 years. Kieron had overall responsibility for the resource planning and implementation of over 20,000 flow monitoring locations, 150 Water Quality River Monitors, ensuring Health and Safety, client satisfaction and annual operating plans were met to required targets. Prior to joining EMS Kieron worked for Utilitec where he was responsible for managing Wastewater CSO Monitoring Projects throughout the UK.
