About Neil
Neil is the EMS Non-Exec Director at EMS and has a 30 year track record as a hydrologist with a particular focus on large wastewater network monitoring programmes (flow survey), and UPM studies. Neil is outgoing chair of the influential Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management’s Urban Drainage Group (CIWEM UDG) and has been on the committee for over 15 years. Prior to joining EMS, Neil was Business Development Director of IETG Ltd prior to it being sold to Idex in 2008.
