Neil Scarlett joins as Strategic Director

Neil Scarlett is the latest addition to the EMS team, taking up the role of Strategic Director.  Specialising in hydrology and with years of experience in the environmental monitoring sector, Neil is perfectly suited to the role.  As Strategic Director, Neil will focus on EMS’ long term growth strategy, as well as searching for new business opportunities within the market. We are very happy to welcome Neil on board.
